As a professional Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a personalized workout plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
My private studio is very intimate yet fully equipped with everything I need to work with you and to have a variety of workouts. From a rig with barbells to cardio equipment, plates, weights, kettle bells, plyo box, dumbells, bands and much more.

Strength training is a key component of overall health and fitness for everyone
Your goals are unique; your workout should be too.
My clients range from absolute beginners to athletes that are looking to step up their training. Before working with anyone I will put them through a full fitness assessment testing your joint range of motion and over all quality of movement.
Training is tailored for each individual and their own personal goals like burning fat, building muscle or increase strength.
The main focus for me as a trainer is always movement quality before quantity. I teach my clients how to train with proper form and technique to make sure they will get the results they want without injuries.

We all have been told about how good is to do cardio regularly. But, what does that’s mean? Performing cardio raises our cardio respiratory endurance, so we are able to burn more calories as we boost our metabolism and strengthen our heart and lungs. If this wasn’t enough, it also reduces stress-hormones levels and, since we release endorphins, it makes us feel happier.
MOBILITY
Move well, feel well
Being mobile is a crucial aspect of being healthy. If a person is not able to move a joint freely through its full range of motion, then they are already putting themselves at an increase risk of injury before even attempting to pick a weight and load the range of motion. Mobility can assist in improving our posture and , also can alleviate everyday aches and pains as well as improve our body awareness.

Whether you are newly pregnant or six months postpartum, we can work with you to create a customized personal training plan that will maintain your existing fitness levels and keep you comfortable during your pregnancy and/or after baby arrives.
